Return Policy
Personalized merchandise:
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on personalized merchandise. Make sure to read our order confirmation and art approval carefully before approving them. If you receive any misprinted or defected products in your order, please contact us immediately. If we are notified within 48 hours, our manufacturers will correct the mistake and redo your order.
Non-personalized items:
For non-personalized items you wish to return, email us to obtain a RMA number. You will be charged a 20% restock fee, and you are responsible for return postage. If your original order was shipped with free shipping, you will also be responsible for the portion of the postage we covered on that order, which will be deducted from your refund.
